Responsible for coordinating daily arrivals and departures. Communicates all Guest requests. Assumes the responsibilities
of the Guest Service Representative, as needed, ensuring optimum Guest service and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
?? Maintains a working knowledge of Grand Casino's property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to
advise Guests of same, whenever possible.
?? Responds to Guest requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.
?? Communicates with department Group Coordinator of any concerns.
?? Coordinate VIP arrivals and departures upon occasion.
?? Communicates with Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Room Services, to verify that all special requests and amenities are
handled prior to and during Guest's stay.
?? Reviews arrival report and block special requests.
?? Monitors and balances room and bed options.
?? Processes casino reservations.
?? Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
?? All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
?? Passage of a basic skills assessment Required.
?? Six months Front Desk experience required.
?? Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
?? Must have a high level of independence and initiate and be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in
stressful situations, remaining polite to the Guests at all times.
?? Must perform proper telephone/radio etiquette at all times.
?? Must have computer skills and Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
?? Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to read, interpret and
apply instructions and technical terminology furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
?? Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common
fractions, and decimals.
?? Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to a variety of situations, in order to collect data, analyze facts, and
determine appropriate response.
While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to:
