Inside Sales - Mancini Beverage

JOB SUMMARY:

Consistently achieve sales growth objectives and Business Driver goals through the effective management of all key activities within the accounts. Plan, organize and execute the sales and marketing activities of all brands in assigned accounts through effective utilization of telephone sales platform and direct call structure to key accounts. Attend to any customer needs that may arise as it pertains to Mancini Beverage.

Core Job Functions

  • Achieve all the sales goals and Business Driver Objectives in the assigned accounts
  • Target to meet all the distribution and activity standards within the account
  • Manage all selling activities within the accounts to include order mgmt, merchandising, signage utilization, program execution, Staff training, promotional activity, AR

    Key Accountabilities and Workstreams
  • Pre-plan sales calls and present new products and promotions to all buyers
  • Use all sales tools and resources for order entry and other sales related activities
  • Inform customers of new items, programs, and price increases
  • Create wine lists and drink menus for accounts
  • Manage Accounts Receivables to be within credit terms
  • Maintain current route list
  • Use all available company provided technology for effective sales tracking
  • Educate customers with product information to assist with retail sales
  • Aggressively seek additional cooler placement, shelf space, and/or menu placements
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and sales events
  • Complete tracking forms as required by manager in a timely fashion
