The purpose of this position is to provide support and guidance to organizational employees with the Relias Learning Management System (LMS). As administrative support with the Relias LMS, our organizational training resource, and other available venues, educational opportunities for staff are in keeping with best practice principles and Easter Seals UCP mission and values. Position responsibilities include monitoring and response of Relias Support notifications and inquiries, including learner profile enrollment, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with agency staff and leadership to support compliance with required training and certifications. The Support Specialist must communicate at a level to effectively interact with employees of all services and position types. Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the principles and technical skills related to the work assignments.
