Description

The Army Logistics Analyst/Logistics Asset Tracking Specialist provides program acquisition logistics recommendations, program coordination and guidance to support the decision-making process for PM SW Product Directors.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
• Responsible for current and future light, medium, and heavy machine guns, grenade machine guns, precision weapons systems, remote weapons stations, and ground mounts.
• Responsible for their related target acquisition and fire-control products, binoculars, and in the management of Non-Standard Weapons acquisition in support to Foreign Military Sales (FMS). CSW efforts include: Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) M153, M107, M119, M1020, M151 Spotting Scope, XM157 Fire Control, and Compact Semi-Automatic Sniper System (CSASS).
• Review and provide comments on reports and prepare original acquisition documents.
• These efforts will be provided in support for remote weapon station platforms to include all current and future variants supported by PM CSW for the Army, Air Force, Special Operations, Marines, Department of Energy, and other organizations.
• Provide Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) coordination, to include support to PM CSW and remote weapon systems, such as CROWS, providing planning, coordination, and asset request calculations support to lethality accessory fielding to PM CSW, and its business partners, and make recommendations to the CROWS Product Support Lead.
• Fielding support includes planning, coordinating, and tracking accessories to Army units.
• Will attend and lead Logistics Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and provide research, analyses, and reviews.
• Support also includes PBUSE coordination and monitoring and coordinating PBUSE open lateral transactions, as well as trouble shooting PBUSE issues, open lateral transfers, and preparing monthly reports to the CROWS Product Support Lead.
• Provide Asset Tracking for all remote weapon systems, such as CROWS, equipment, parts, and support equipment.
• Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
