Greeting guests of Astral Ind. and other clerical or data entry objectives are also required of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet Vendors/Customers/Potential Employees Answer phones Liaison with Merchant's Bank of Indiana Distribute invoices (sorting/mailing) HR filing Timecards/labels Data Entry Projects Maintains a register at front desk (IN & OUT Log)   Position Requirements AUTHORITY TO: Consider safety first; report unsafe conditions identified in any area of the facility Comply with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other safety-related company policies Maintain good housekeeping SECTION III: Position Requirements EDUCATON/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES NEEDED: Basic computer skills required.
