Description

This position assists subject matter experts and analysts with process mapping/modeling as well as SharePoint support for implementation of their task areas.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Provides consultation and recommendations to the client concerning methods, approaches and opportunities to transform the organization for continued future success yielding as much efficiency and effectiveness as possible to meet/exceed vision and goals.
  • Develop, map, model, simulate and integrate organizational business processes.
  • Conduct analysis and develop reports to provide a capability to understand overall efficiencies and effectiveness of the organization in terms of processes and associated impact.
  • Facilitate the development of meaningful and relevant metrics.
  • Lead or assist in designing dashboards and process capabilities charts.
  • Establish methods, best practices and standards for implementation and institutionalization and conduct design of experiments (what if analysis) from which fully-informed decisions can be made.
  • Capture and analyze data within existing system and compare/analyze against processes to understand impacts and trends.
  • Promotes collaborative knowledge management tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
  • Provides support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, and SharePoint troubleshooting. Shares experience across communities of practice, on innovative approaches in knowledge/ information/ content management.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.

Experience:

  • Experience applying process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to align an organization with its strategic goals and objectives.
  • Experience in group facilitation, interviewing, and training.
  • Experience in SharePoint 2010 and 2013, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
  • Familiar with MAF and associated C2 or similar type organization processes.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in information technology and knowledge of adapting functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets.
  • Familiar with developing and delivering training in statistical methodologies and process improvement systems.
  • Ability to restrict content via security and audience groups.
  • Six Sigma knowledge or certification is highly desired.
  • Must be well spoken, customer-centric, highly organized, and process focused.
  • Highly professional communication and excellent technical writing skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree. Experience and/or certifications may be substituted for education.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Security Clearance:

  • Secret security clearance required.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens
