Description

The Junior Cyber Weapon Systems Management Analyst will manage the daily operations of the Air Force modification management program.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Identify, consolidate, and participate in the process of validating capabilities through the configuration board and ensuring the acquisition agency receives the necessary documentation supporting program execution actions.
  • Support sustainment of existing cyberspace programs and related initiatives through system modification process.
  • Deliver centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and related functions using MS SharePoint.
  • Support CYSS government personnel at meetings, teleconferences, video teleconferences, webinars, Defense Collaboration Services, working groups, and other briefings.
  • Provide support and prepare meeting minutes, briefings, and other documentation for government meetings, working groups, and similar correspondence to multiple agencies.
  • Conduct coordination efforts with program sponsors, management and technical personnel, support organizations and outside agencies.
  • Make recommendations on organizational policy/directives.
  • Conduct modification management program user training.
  • Act as liaison between the CYSS and staff within Air Force Space Command and the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to support the capture, refining, and management of cyber requirements through validation, certification and fielding.
  • Maintain accountability for work performed using centralized task list in government-provided location.
  • Create, conduct research on, and review conceptual, technical, programmatic, and strategic planning documents for enterprise Information Technology Policy and Planning.
  • Assist with execution year and Program Objective Memorandum support to develop and validate Air Force Cyberspace Weapon Systems Portfolio Programs and related weapon systems spend plans.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.

Experience:

  • One (1) year of experience with BMC Remedy.
  • One (1) year of experience using MS Office suite of tools, including SharePoint.
  • Two (2) + years of experience supporting IT and/or cyber systems, or similar.
  • Three (3) + years of experience supporting requirements management.
  • One (1) year of MAJCOM or equivalent staff experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Security Clearance:

  • Secret security clearance required.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
