Share Email Opening Title NAVAIR Senior Program Analyst   Description The Columbia Group, Inc. is a fifty-year old small business providing engineering, financial management, IT application development, and platform acquisition to Navy clients. TCG is growing fast as a prime contractor in NAVAIR and other Navy Systems Commands. We seek an enterprising candidate to fill a high-visibility role of NAVAIR Senior Program Analyst supporting the CH-53 Program Office, PMA 261. PMA-261 H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters is a program office under the Program Executive Officer Air, Assault, ASW & Special Mission Aircraft (PEO(A)). PMA-261 is responsible for multiple H-53 variants including the CH-53E, MH-53E and the CH-53K helicopters. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, syatus, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: MA/MS degree Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to sustainment of NAVAIR aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.   Desired Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting NAVAIR rotary-wing programs.
