We seek an enterprising candidate to fill a high-visibility role of NAVAIR Senior Flight Clearance Program Analyst supporting the CH-53 Program Office, PMA 261. PMA-261 H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters is a program office under the Program Executive Officer Air, Assault, ASW & Special Mission Aircraft (PEO(A)). PMA-261 is responsible for multiple H-53 variants including the CH-53E, MH-53E and the CH-53K helicopters. The ideal candidate will: Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Process Interim Flight Clearances, NATOPS, and NATIP changes. Utilize the process as required by Director, US Navy and Marine Corp NAVAIRSYSCOM Airworthiness and Cyber Safety Office for the routing of flight clearances. Manage the routing of Engineering Change Proposals and Technical Directive.
