Customer Advocates are responsible for managing PFL’s eCommerce customer base from idea conception through finished print product. They deliver customer success through flawless execution, peerless communication and continuous teamwork. If you want to push a winning team in an established market to new heights while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment – this is the position for you.

We are looking for individuals with a drive and natural curiosity in building relationships, both new and old, as well as a hunger to push their career hard through continuous learning and development. You must have an interest in looking for creative solutions and delivering a premium experience to every customer every time. Additional experience within the print industry, sales, graphic design work, customer service, or marketing is ideal but not at all necessary. We will train you with our world-class, industry leading training program to excel in this position.

You must thrive in an atmosphere of perpetual change through quick wits and good instincts, love working towards a goal, and you must be able to create lasting relationships with your customers to become their most reliable advisor. They must trust you and absolutely love the work you do for them.

The Job:

  • Work well with established processes while always looking for ways to improve the way you work

  • Sell custom, premium print solutions using a tried-and-true relational sales methodology

  • Create sales opportunities by managing an active, evolving sales cycle

  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt responses, industry-leading product knowledge, and a remarkable understanding of pre-press technologies

  • Resolve customer issues by putting their success first

  • Consult with customers on their printing and marketing needs

  • Have high expectations of performance for self and coworkers
