Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for the development, fielding, and maintenance of learning management systems and electronic courseware
  • Assist in the development, fielding, and maintenance of CrewNet website
  • Support internal and external in electronic coursework troubleshooting
  • Responsible for auditing of training records, facilities, and courseware
  • Responsible for limited support and functionality of Omni’s Training Facility desktop computers, network routers, and AV display devices
  • Coordinate with Information Systems (IS) department on projects
  • Responsible for completion of special projects as assigned
  • Instruct the inflight and pilot wet-ditch classes
  • Assist with pilot interviews
  • Update and assist with any mechanical issues with the 777 and 767 training devices
  • Audit Home Based Training (HBT) pay for pilots and flight attendants, and ensure it is turned into pay-roll on time
  • Distribute training laptops to the new hire classes
  • Maintain the maintenance for the training vans
  • Assist with classroom set-up for classes
  • Tech-support for Cityplex and Tulsa Community College satellite campuses
  • Assist maintenance, safety and security, and Information Systems (IS) with CBT development and troubleshooting
  • Answer calls and assist employees with Aerosim training issues during the evening and weekend hours.
  • Any duties as deemed necessary by the Training Program Specialist or Director/Manager of Operations Training
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Part 121 training requirements a plus
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Aviation experience or education required
  • LMS or similar program experience highly preferred

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

  • Stand – 10%
  • Walk – 10%
  • Sit – 80%
  • Travel – 10%
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Requires ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision and possess an impeccable attention to detail
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully with significant detail
  • Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and/or conduct routine oral communication
