This professional will provide service to customers in their homes as well as commercial properties. The focus will be on educating and assisting customers in choosing service, products, and payment options with the use of our software and tablet for presentation. Providing 5 star customer satisfaction is the goal and reviews will be requested.
Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing repair, replacement, drain cleaning and other related in-home and commercial service calls.
Confidence and experience to establish customer rapport to offer/suggest the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Understand your performance metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding these goals.
Present yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician.
Team with customer service and dispatch to ensure best customer experience and maximize productivity/revenue.
Maintain a clean, organized truck with accurate inventory.
Respect and leave owners property clean and in better condition than you found it.
Train and mentor apprentices with a positive attitude proper technique to ensure quick, accurate repairs done the proper way.
Desire to work some after hours and weekends on call for emergencies.
Assist co-workers with knowledge and afterhours help when needed.
