We are seeking a mission focused professional to serve as the FPP Assistant Program Director responsible for the treatment and quality of care for youth/families and for the fiscal viability in our Louisville division.

As the FPP Assistant Program Director you would:

  • Provide direction to FPP/Diversion Supervisors in the form of answers to problems and advice regarding staff and youth/family issues. Assists FPP/Diversion Supervisors in resolving personnel issues involving staff performance.
  • Interviews applicants for positions, recommends hiring and disciplinary action, when necessary, to immediate supervisor.
  • Will ensure that supervisors are implementing the program based on its design and ensure that quality elements are being monitored and analyzed for overall improvement of program outcomes.
  • Will make quarterly or as needed visits to regional DCBS offices to ensure our accountability to FPP/Diversion services assigned.
  • Performs scheduled evaluations and conducts monthly supervision for assigned staff.
  • Assist Program Director with monitoring Medicaid and Title IV-E billing
  • Will have a working knowledge of the FPP/Diversion grant funding for both the Elizabethtown and Louisville divisions.
Position Requirements

What you bring to the role:

  • Master's degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies is required.
  • LMFT, LPCC, LCSW is preferred in the state of Kentucky.
  • Five years of experience providing treatment to families; three years being in a supervisory/administrative capacity.
  • Experience with family preservation services and best practice In-Home model is preferred.

Skill Set:

  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload, as well as that of those positions supervised
  • Management & Leadership abilities to coach, manage, and develop high performance teams
  • Resolution skills to demonstrate leadership and effective problem solving
  • Ability to address both the clinical and operational issues within the division
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Operate required company databases, Microsoft programs and other necessary databases.
