Kent Power is a growing utility construction contractor that understands the value of working in a family environment away from the corporate grind. So what will you be doing?

A typical day in this position includes managing weekly payroll for bargaining units by coordinating timesheet pulls from our field timekeeping system and processing payroll through our accounting system, including the creation of ACH and positive pay files and generating and processing weekly federal tax deposits.

You will also complete and process related filings including; annual W-2 and W-3 reports, monthly and quarterly local, state and federal tax reports, monthly union reporting and weekly Friend of Court and garnishments reports.

Do you have what we are looking for?

We are looking for a team player who ideally has 5 years of payroll experience. Experience with payroll tax reporting and experience with union payroll is preferred.
