We believe vaccination is the best protection for our patients, community and Visiting Nurse staff.   Location West Branch   Category Home Health   Description Provides QA review of admission, and recertification, documentation to ensure requested corrections are made and that the POC is created and signed in accordance with VN procedure. Oversees and communicates status of assessment documentation to ensure timely review and completion of documents. Works with Billing Department to address billing issues related to the assessment documents for the branch.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing strongly preferred or LPN with 5 years relevant home health experience. Licensure/Certifications: Must have current and valid licensure by the Georgia State Board of Nursing Previous Experience: Minimum one year of home health experience required. Knowledge/Training: Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements for home health services.
