As the Human Resource Manager, you enjoy partnering with the business to offer solutions and guidance on all things HR. You are a strong collaborator, highly strategic, and have proven ability to drive ideas to reality through your ability to influence. Your attention to detail is matched with your ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment among many moving parts. You are highly aware of changing HR best practices, policies, and compliance issues and how they impact our business while understanding and maintaining the unique characteristics of a family owned company.
