Human Resources Manager 


The Human Resources Manager is integral to our growing company and will partner with our leadership team to lead, manage, and drive all things human resources. We truly believe our employees are our greatest asset and the HR Manager is at the helm to create and deliver great HR strategies. They will build and manage employee programs and policies to attract, engage, and retain our workforce now and for years to come.


  • Talent Acquisition - create and execute against posting and sourcing strategies to attract and engage top candidates
  • Talent Management - execute company performance management program
  • Employee Relations - consult with managers and employees on workplace related issues
  • Total Rewards - oversee benefits and compensation programs
  • Lead, manage, and hold department Accountabilities


As the Human Resource Manager, you enjoy partnering with the business to offer solutions and guidance on all things HR. You are a strong collaborator, highly strategic, and have proven ability to drive ideas to reality through your ability to influence. Your attention to detail is matched with your ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment among many moving parts. You are highly aware of changing HR best practices, policies, and compliance issues and how they impact our business while understanding and maintaining the unique characteristics of a family owned company.

Among other things, you will come to us with:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years as HR Leader in a small to mid-sized company
  • High level of business acumen
  • Experience growing small to mid-sized companies as an HR Leader
  • Succession planning experience
  • Proficient technical aptitude in HCM systems and tools
  • BA in Human Resources or similar
  • SPHR or similar
