Inside Sales and Support Manager 

Description

The City Desk and Inside Sales Manager is critical to the overall success of Shaw/Stewart's Sales Team. This individual will drive sales and hold team members accountable by leading, motivating, and inspiring high performance. The Manager sets standards and ensures customers are taken care of while serving as a liaison on the department's behalf.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve team sales and gross margin targets
  • Develop and execute business plan
  • Support Inside Sales and Customer Service Teams
  • Execute company sales process
  • Relationship management

This position requires high energy and proven ability to lead and motivate staff. High detail and efficiency in personal organization are key characteristics of a successful Inside Sales Manager. Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills are crucial to success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountabilities with Staff
  • Retail or Customer Service Experience (2+ years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs(Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Building Materials/Construction Experience (2 years)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Management or Supervisory Experience
