Tabula Rasa HealthCare is a family of companies that leverages technology to improve healthcare. TRHC works with providers and insurers to identify multi-drug interactions and to reduce risk of medication-related problems. We have developed the first multi-drug interaction tool that identifies risk across a variety of safety factors and presents meaningful opportunities to mitigate that risk. This technology can be used to assess safety at the individual patient-level or to stratify medication risk at the population-level, and can be embedded within any EMR or other healthcare IT system.

We are currently looking for a Senior Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for assisting the CFO and CEO with development of Investor Relations strategies, policies and implementation of investor relations programs with a focus on institutional shareholder base. This position will act as a Company spokesperson and supports corporate communications with local/regional/national financial press and newswire services. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. This position will also manage the relationship with third-party investor relations firm.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as corporate contact, representative, and spokesperson in dealings with Company investors with a focus on investment research analysts and institutional investors, analysts and portfolio managers.
  • Serves as financial liaison to industry associations, research firms, brokerage firms, NASDAQ, news/trade publications and vendors.
  • Supports the CFO in developing relationships with sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers, and industry contacts (regulatory and technical). Plans and executes investor meetings, conferences (and other presentations).
  • Develops, designs, writes, edits, and coordinates production of investor communications including presentation and conference materials; earnings, transaction press releases and supporting materials (including slides, Q+A, speeches, scripts, etc.)
  • Assists with updating senior management and Board on ownership, financial community, and industry issues impacting stock.
  • Collaborates with management to review proxy proposals and other proxy issues, and serves as spokesperson with institutional shareholders on proxy issues. Works closely with Legal, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations Shareholder Services.
  • Interacts directly and regularly with various internal resources such as corporate senior management, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, etc.
  • Conducts and/or actively participates in special Investor Relations projects/studies including guidance analysis and recommendations, disclosure issues (including FD), governance, and others as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Acts as a mentor to junior members of the Finance team, providing feedback, coaching and guidance on a regular basis.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Generally requires 14+ years of experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Investor Relations.
  • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related. Masters Degree in Finance Preferred.
  • Previous experience with the healthcare and/or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience developing senior-executive level presentations.
  • Proven ability to translate information about operational and financial performance into simple messaging.
  • Excellent diplomacy, relationship building and communications skills across all levels.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
