Description: FBG Service Corporation is now looking for a Janitorial Supervisor for our Minnesota District located in New Brighton, MN. This individual will assist in supervising employees in the metro area and within our district. The supervisor will have effective communication with our management team. A few tasks you will be expected to perform on a day-to-day basis would be performing inspections, training new employees, adapting to schedule changes and motivating your staff. The Supervisor must follow FBG's procedures, systems, and training. Duties, Functions and Responsibilities Train and coach employees Great communication skills Work independently Flexible hours Responsible for the supply and inventory Ensures teams are maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
