Seeking a Leader Director of Behavioral Health Our Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for the provision of quality behavioral health services to our patients. They supervise an interdisciplinary team of behavioral health providers and clinicians, including overseeing professional development, scheduling and caseload management, compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies, quality assurance and improvement, performance management and problem resolution. The Director of Behavioral Health provides programmatic leadership for the Department, ensuring high quality, patient-centered, evidence-based services. The successful candidate will be a licensed clinician that is clinically competent and have a strong understanding of staff supervision, risk management and compliance, fiscal oversite and strategic capacity. As an excellent communicator, our Director guides and develops Behavioral Health staff and models a patient-focus and empathy.
