('CRD') (NASDAQ: CDEV) is currently seeking a Land Technician for the Surface Land Department working out of the Midland office. Reporting to the Senior Surface Landman, the Land Technician will provide technical support for the Surface Land team in Midland. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills as well as an understanding of land operations. General responsibilities include: Process vendor invoices and check requests for land owner payments Assist with Quorum, Generwell and other system data population and information maintenance Assist with stakeholder communications Assist with mailings and other administrative tasks. Set up new surface contracts in Quorum and file original documents Maintain electronic document directory; well files, plats, agreements etc..
