Essential Job Functions Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. Promote and sell products and services. Answer telephone calls and assist customers. Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries. Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed. Answer questions about the product or warranties. Maintain client database. Confirm orders for accuracy .   Position Requirements Qualifications Expertise in Microsoft Office software High school diploma Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills High energy in a multi-tasking support role Strong customer service skills Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills •Good research skills and attention to detail Typing 45+ wpm.
