Analyzes system requirements and ensures that systems will offer security and will be effectively integrated with current applications. Ensures that all systems are working at optimal levels and offers support to application development department regarding new technologies and system requirements. Responsibilities Evaluates internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements. Creates business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals. Evaluates systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities. Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership. Organizes training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth. Conducts research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations. Provides business architecture and systems processing guidance. Ensures the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals. Creates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control. Determines and implements build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy. This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department. Core Competencies: Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. Good leadership and motivational skills.   Position Requirements Required Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 4 years experience as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect Experience in modeling and graphic respresentation Preferred Education & Experience Experience in system architecture may be advantageous.
