This position is primarily responsible for full life-cycle technical recruiting, including developing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, and screening/interviewing candidates. Responsible for attracting talent with a focus on government/military contracting. The Technical Recruiter will: Be responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing recruiting strategies in order to attract and hire candidates. Locate and review resumes for current and future job needs, including support to business development on Requests for Proposals (RFP). Utilize the internal applicant database and all contracted search engines to find both passive and active, technical and non-technical, and, in some cases, hard to find candidates. Develop and post job advertisements. Conduct pre-screens and interviews to develop and understanding of the candidate's qualifications, job preferences and minimum salary requirements; ensure candidates meeting minimum job qualifications. Be responsible for coordinating interviews and on-site tours; prepare and debrief candidates. Perform background and referral investigations for selected candidates. Manage, track and maintain database of candidates. Maintain regular contact with candidates to foster on-going relationships; maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future business needs. Negotiate and extend offers on behalf of our company. Participate in the on-boarding process.
