Overseas Project Superintendent
Provide onsite management for individual projects or task orders. Provide direct supervision of Project Foremen, Lead men, Tradesmen, and Laborers. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Project Manager, other Superintendents and management personnel. 5 years' experience of Airfield construction including runway and Asphalt paving construction. Knowledge of FAA regulations required. Perform all work in a safe and professional manner.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
Educational and experience preferences include: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures. Similar in size and scope of $140 Million projects. Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential. Workers should be able to: Rate information using personal judgment of standards that can be measured or checked; Work within precise limits or standard of accuracy; Perform a variety of duties which may change often; Use reason and logic; Perform arithmetical operations rapidly and accurately; See detail in objects or drawings and recognize slight differences in shapes or shadings; and picture flat drawings as 3-dimensional objects. Physically, workers must be able to: Work easily and skillfully with hands; Climb and maintain balance on scaffold and ladder. See well (naturally or with correction) and distinguish colors; Reach for, handle, and grasp wires and hand tools; Bend, crouch and work in small places; and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
