Description

The Vice President of Engagement will provide leadership, coaching and guidance for Directors of Engagement and their teams of inhouse and remote MOBE Self Management Guides and Engagement specialists. The Vice President is responsible for the strategy, innovation, and vision of MOBE’s Self-Management Program and Engagement group. This person oversees program operations and will provide analytical insight to drive critical decision-making and is responsible for operationalizing all new and enhanced programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the hiring, staffing, training, and coaching, of our Self – Management Guide and Engagement organization
  • Devise staffing model which allows MOBE to effectively service clients needs and company priorities
  • Strategize with leadership and other partners to achieve organization goals and meet or exceed requirements of client service level agreements.
  • Develop or modify compensation incentives to drive and incentify team and indiviudal performance.
  • Provide guidance on MOBE’s digital elements/application function
  • Lead and support the professional development of direct reports
  • Responsible for resolution of escalated issues as needed

 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time
  • Demonstrated leadership history in multiple organizations
  • Expert in call center operations/ best practices
  • Experience in health care or a health care related field required
  • Experience in operations of a care or disease management program
  • Ability to use data to manage performance
  • Ability to convert data into information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with internal and external customers to deliver outcomes in order to meet the Client’s performance expectations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and with remote teams of staff
