Description

SUMMARY

The inside sales representative acts as a member of a multi-site integrated team who works in partnership with the Inside Sales Manager and Technical Solutions Managers to accelerate growth and provide a high level of responsive customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Handle high volume telephone and email correspondence from initial inquires to order acknowledgments and order status updates to customers

Analyze/Review Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) for tubing and catheters

Work with team members to identify a customer solution and proposal strategy

Create proposals for customer delivery and discussion

Manage and maintain opportunities in SalesForce CRM system

Coordinates efforts with all departments to insure effective integration of sales orders.

Follow up on submitted quoatations

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

High school diploma

BA/BS degree a plus

Minimum 1 year sales experience

Computer skills required: Microsoft Office

Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Preferred BS/BA or 5 to7 year’s minimum of demonstrated success in a Sales or Customer Service Management position
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving skill sets, along with the ability to convince/sell internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills supported by a self-disciplined operating structure
  • Superior time management / prioritization skills
  • Leadership skills associated with managing people and processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong business analytical skill sets support
  • Proven track record of creating, building and growing a business unit, department or selling assignment that consistently delivered measureable results in a customer focused work environment
