Arlluk is looking for a Robotics Process Automation SME for our location in Washington DC or St. Louis, MO. The Specialist will support our government client.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide expertise on how to implement and adopt digital service methodologies such as User Experience (UX) design thinking, robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Conduct training and coaching necessary for various team roles to reach objective
  • Identify which design and agile methods or techniques can be used
  • Establish and define roles and responsibilities, stakeholders, potential road blocks, and risks
  • Identify and potentially install an agile tracking tool commensurate with chosen method (i.e. JIRA)
  • Determine a small agency problem that is a candidate for this activity
  • Design solutions toward the end user experience so that products produced meet end user goals and measure of success as well as the strategic business objectives of the providing organization.
  • Conduct iteration retrospectives, release planning, backlog grooming, and other common activities associated with iterative design and agile methodologies
  • Test solution with end users and conduct user research activities
  • Create and track success metrics and identify if there are possible incentives
Position Requirements

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3+ Years experience
  • Understanding of Agile development principles
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
