Ramp Agent responsibilities will include but are not limited toMarshaling aircraft into parking positionsUnloading baggage and delivering it to baggage claim areaLoading luggage onto departing flights &assisting special needs passengersLoading and unloading carry-on bags, cleaning aircraft cabins, servicing aircraft lavatoriesConnecting and disconnecting external power generators to the aircraftBoarding catering supplies, performing security functions, preparing aircraft weight and balance paperworkCoordinating with pilots, airline dispatch office, and the customer service departmentConduct other work duties as assigned
Ramp Agent QualificationsMust be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period, including days, nights, weekends and holidaysMust be extremely flexible; willing and able to prioritize Quickflight work scheduleMust be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentMust have professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered)Excellent attendance and punctuality requiredValid Drivers License (3 year driving record required with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years. No alcohol or drug related violations)Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorshipMust be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, FBI Fingerprint & Criminal History checkOther RequirementsSight: Must be able to see well enough to read reportsHearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and team members.Standing, walking, climbing. stooping, kneeling and lifting are requiredMust be willing to work in outdoor environment (heat and humidity, rain etc.)Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. with assistance.Must be able to type and use technical sourcesSafety awareness and training will be provided
