Description

Performs clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Professional Case Management's operations. These activities include developing monthly caregiver schedules, addressing urgent issues with caregiver schedules, managing the “lifecycle” of client status (referrals, opens, recertification’s and discharges), maintaining credentialing of clinical employees, on-call response and regular reporting. Acts as a support to the staffing team.

  1. Provides support to staffers in developing monthly caregiver schedules
  2. Work with staffers to address urgent issues with caregiver schedules
  3. Assist Human Resources with maintaining credentials of clinical employees
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients as well as build a strong partnership with hundreds of caregivers (PCAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs)
  5. Maintain consistent communication with clinical field team within a territory including Regional Directors and Case Managers
 
Position Requirements
  • High school graduate; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English.
  • Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with
    minimal direction.

The most common include: Assessments, Con-meds, Vitals, Infusions, Injections, Blood Sampling and Processing. Each CMRN is trained and tested in GCP, IATA, Nurse Guidelines and trial-specific protocols.
