Jr. Reconciliation Analyst 

Description

The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company, which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States Military with cyber technology, information technology, financial management, acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, and support services, in support of our corporate operations The Columbia Group, Inc., is seeking a Jr. Reconciliation Analyst to support our government customer.

The Jr. Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Proof-reading and checking for inconsistencies prior to funding execution
  • Interface with The Columbia Group (TCG) Program Managers to coordinate new projects/requirements requested by the customer
  • Serve as on-site support for NSPO with uninhibited access to TCG points of contact, databases and programmer inputs
  • Reconcile multiple accounts and provide clear, concise written information to the respective account holders
  • Provide guidance associated with the requirements of the International Partners in executing business/financial documentation in support of the Nations, Project Manager, and Financial Division
  • Validate monthly receipt of deposits and withdrawals.
  • Analyze approval Letters associated with the NSPO Operations budget for Commercial vendors and Bank Withdrawal letters
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
    (US citizenship required)
