Jr. Contracts Reconciliation Analyst 

Description

The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company, which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States Military with cyber technology, information technology, financial management, acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, and support services, in support of our corporate operations The Columbia Group, Inc., is seeking a Jr. Contract Reconciliation Analyst to support our government customer.

The Jr. Contract Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Assist with conducting internal audits/
  • Reconcile multiple accounts and provide clear, concise written information to the respective account holders.
  • Interface with SEA02 for contract closure.
  • Interface with FDB developers, and serve as Financial Database (FDB) onsite representative.
  • Create and maintain procurement and support contract trackers to monitor periods of performance and burn rates.

 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
    (US citizenship required)
