Share Email Opening Title HR Manager- Germany (Wedolit)   Description We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our management team at our manufacturing facility in Dusseldorf, Germany. The candidate will be “rebuilding” the HR function into a professional people centric system that is a highly involved business partner. The successful candidate must process the following: Be a self-starter and ready to tackle new challenges Experience in building and/or professionalizing HR systems 5+ years’ experience in HR, Administration, and Office Management experience Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field and HR certification and/or continuing education Employee Lifecycle Management – recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, training and development HR Administration of relevant systems – performance, corrective action, wage & benefits, legal compliance, employee files, and HR policies and procedures Ability to manage HR administration – monthly reporting Must come from a background that is “hands on” and not have a staff to do the small administrative things – will do many of the bigger picture things and smaller things and have the versatility to move seamlessly between the two.
