Primary Role and Responsibility:
This paid internship is available immediately and may result in a future full time job offer.
IT Intern will support end users by deploying new workstations, performing hardware upgrades, and installing, updating and troubleshooting various software packages. This position will respond to support tickets created by end users. In addition, the Intern will work with other members of the IT Department to perform projects, manage documentation, policies and standards, and continuously improve the delivery of IT services to the entire firm. Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:IT intern must be in pursuit of a degree in computer science, information technology or engineering. Some education in programming, virtualization, and networking is preferred.
Intern’s class schedule should allow the student to work 15-22 hours per week or more.
