Summary/Objective
The administrative coordinator position is responsible for overall office activities for Parent Directed Program (PDP), including mail, mailings, supply orders, scanning of documents, and general clerical activities for PDP.

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Ensures that all guests sign in/out and are treated respectfully. Contacts staff for Boundless to inform them of any guests in a timely fashion.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes mail to Boundless PDP staff persons.
  • Monitors office supply levels and informs Boundless staff persons if orders may be necessary. Assists with negotiation and purchase of office supplies for PDP in accordance with their company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Informs IT of any problems as they occur.
  • Participates as needed in special department projects.
  • Cross trained on each role in PDP to cover essential job duties if employees are on PTO.
  • Reviews electronic documentation for accuracy and completion.
  • Reviews ISP's prior to the start of services and enters goals and outcomes into the electronic system.
  • Scans employee and client documents into the electronic filing system.
  • Assist in the onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Provides training to new employees and families on PDP's electronic time and documentation system.
  • Enters new families and employees into PDP's database.

Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of previous experience in administrative assistance and coordination.
  • Excellent working knowledge of all MS Office software.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, or other complex needs.
