PacArctic, LLC is looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Lead Custodial Supervisor.

The Supervisor oversees services related to internal and external daily and routine building cleaning and inspection work. Services include but are not limited to sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, window washing (interior and exterior), walls washing, dusting and polishing furniture and fixture, sanitation and stocking, trash removal, recycling, hard floor and specialty floor care, including stripping and recoating, emptying waste cans and replacement of supplies through stocking (i.e., for toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) of all federal spaces. Oversees custodial and related services can include cleaning, restrooms, showers, gyms, kitchenettes, window washing, window treatments (drapes, blinds, etc.), trash removal, recycling, landscaping, and maintaining a building or area.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
  • Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
  • Entrances, lobbies, corridors, tunnels, areaways, and facility connecting passageways: Floor surfaces shall be maintained to be clean and free of trash/debris or foreign matter daily.
  • Restrooms, locker rooms shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks: All fixtures shall be clean, disinfected and bright with no obvious dust, stains, streaks, soil substances, rust, mold or encrustation
  • Exterior grounds, parking lots, vehicular courts, arcades, and sidewalks: All areas shall present a clean appearance, free of litter, dirt, trash, debris or discarded items.
  • Wastebaskets/receptacles: Wastebaskets, trash receptacles and recycling containers shall be maintained free of trash/debris and residue.
  • Carpeting Throughout the Buildings: There shall not be any visual dirt, soil substances, spillages, or removable stains. There shall be no evidence of fuzzing caused by harsh rubbing or brushing. When spot cleaned, areas shall blend with the adjacent areas of the carpet.
  • Hard floors, resilient tile floors and wood floors: All floor surfaces shall be maintained clean and free of trash/debris or foreign matter.
  • Windows and glass: Surfaces shall be cleaned on both sides of all exterior windows and plate glass, including spandrel glass, glass around lobbies, entrances and vestibule doors.
  • Loading docks, platforms, ramps, and driveways: Designated areas shall be maintained to ensure that areas are free of trash, debris, and other discarded materials.
  • Mirrors, pictures and glass surfaces shall be clean, free of obvious dirt, dust, smudges or soil substances.
  • Cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
  • Services shall incorporate environmentally sustainable practices (i.e., green cleaning) to the extent practicable.
  • Ordering supplies
  • Quality control checks
  • Lead other custodians
  • Other duties as required, at the discretion of the Project Manager.
Position Requirements


  • High School Diploma and 0-2 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating and executing strategic plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • The qualified candidate will exhibit the ability to work and multitask independently or in a collaborative environment.
