Location Tulsa, OK-Headquarters  


Prepares hourly and salaried payrolls, maintains attendance, and time card records for all employees. Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collect, compile, and enter payroll data using appropriate software
  • Process new employees, terminations, transfers, and promotions
  • Review wages computed, and corrects errors to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Record changes affecting new wages, i.e. exemptions and insurance, and update master payroll records
  • Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments
  • Prepares and issues paychecks
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Position Requirements


  • Minimum 2-5 years previous payroll experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently
  • Flexibility in performing tasks (i.e. other tasks interruptions, telephone, etc…)
  • Sets high personal standards of performance
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2-5 years payroll experience


  • Stand – 5%
  • Walk – 5%
  • Sit – 90%
  • Lifting – May be required to lift or push up to 25 lbs
  • High degree of eye and hand usage with computer monitor and keyboard


  • Requires ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision and possess an impeccable attention to detail
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully with significant detail
  • Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication
