Description

The Accounts Associate supports and strengthens CareKinesis (CK) client relationships by supporting the Western Regional CK Client Liaison and Implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly reports for CK Liaisons as requested.
  • Works with Client Development Team to establish strategies for improving operations in the following areas: Client Training and Education, PDE Services, 1/3 Financial Audit, Part D support, survey support, CMS Inquiry, Ad hoc reports.
  • Engages in routine, at least weekly, contact with Western CK Liaisons.
  • Coordinates educational sessions on CK operations for nurses and new Pace hires.
  • Creates and distributes welcome notes to new Pace hires, sharing Liaison contact information.
  • Assists in EireneRx™ training for PACE staff with Liaison if requested.
  • Follows up with attendees via e-mail following EireneRx training.
  • Creates and administers support surveys or surveys for the client research team (client satisfaction, market research surveys), and responds to or escalates data/feedback as needed.
  • Serves as a liaison for Customer Service and Quality Assurance and offers suggestions to improve CK’s service offerings. Makes suggestions related to finance, operations and quality assurance.
  • Documents all client interaction in Salesforce CRM (educational phone calls, training, conference call, e-mails, report and follow up communication). Completes CareKinesis Checklist.
  • Coordinates monthly orientation, educational or conference calls where necessary.
  • Arranges on-boarding of Prescribers with EPCS, coordinating with Billing, IT, and QA.
  • Supports on boarding of new Pace staff with welcome email illustrating CK 101 Webinars and on-line self-tutorials.
  • Prepares and sends monthly email to clients inquiring about EireneRx/ATM/EPCS access that needs to be added or deactivated and responds accordingly.
  • Coordinates operations partners’ feedback for Liaison meetings.
  • Coordinates quarterly meetings between clients and Western Regional Liaison.
  • Serves as designee/proxy for meetings where needed.

New CK Partners- Post Implementation:

  • Visits client sites for support as indicated above.
  • Performs ATM and Med Room maintenance and reporting.
  • Works prospectively with CK departments (QA/PI, Finance, Operations, NBD) to ensure successful transitions for new clients.
  • Supports and coordinates materials needed by new and existing clients.

Regional Education

  • Supports Client Development Team with event planning including registration, hotel, client dinner arrangements, conference room setup, invitations, etc. for NPA or state meetings events.
 
Position Requirements

Experience and Training:

  • Four years (+) work experience in Retail or Service industry, Hospice, Long Term Care, Community Pharmacy or PACE

Specific Skills:

  • Highly competent in MS Office, Outlook and internet.
  • Very organized and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent follow through and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport with team members and customers.

Licensing/Certifications:

  • Proof of insurance and valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician if not already certified.
