Part-Time Hours

The Behavioral Technician will work under the supervision of a BCBA or ISS Coordinator implementing behavioral support plans for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder or another intellectual/developmental disability. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Implement a Behavioral Support Plan in the client’s home.
  • Provide training to the individual’s families.
  • Teaching the identified youth new adaptive skills.
  • Complete a Progress Note for every session.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork and documentation for Medicaid billing and payroll.
Position Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree.
  • Must have one year of experience Implementing Behavior Plans.
  • Must have experience working with individuals with IDD up to age 21.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Negative PPD within the last year.
  • Crisis Management Training within the last year.
  • Clear background check
