Duties & Responsibilities • Administer benefits and act as the point of contact for all benefit communication with employees from their date of hire throughout their employment duration • Confer with various benefit member services to resolve benefit claims or discrepancies as necessary • Participate in Annual Open Enrollment processing • Manage the distribution of all required notices and communications for health and welfare plans and offerings • Produce various benefit reports and conduct data entry into HRIS system • Answer general HR queries and assist in new hire/termination processing • Help plan and set up corporate office meetings, socials and other activities and events • Assist with ad hoc assignments and projects as necessary |
