Description

Job Summary

The position will assist with a variety of daily activities in the area of concessions and merchandise.

Responsibilities

Primary:

  1. Assemble and package online store orders.
  2. Receive, count and verify retail shipments and mark and store in proper location.
  3. Prepare, print and ticket retail merchandise, accurately labeling each product with description, UPC and retail price.
  4. Maintain retail storage areas, ensuring that product is neatly stored in proper location.
  5. Check inventory levels of products and supplies within the retail store and restock as needed.
  6. Assist with floor moves, resets, folding, hanging and organizing store(s) to meet the merchandise guidelines.
  7. Identify any product and supply levels that are low and report to Coordinator or Manager.
  8. Assist with photo shoots for online store when needed.
  9. Assist with online auctions, packing and shipping of product.
  10. Assist with stocking and maintaining the Pirate City Retail store.
  11. Properly rotate and maintain stock of perishable items.
  12. Accurately maintain inventory counts, assist with tracking waste, damages and returned items.
  13. Input transfers, waste, invoices and returns into Revel system.
  14. Assist with inventory counts and verification.
  15. Assist with the receiving of concessions orders, count, verify and store in proper location.
  16. Assist the Coordinator and Manager as needed with projects and assignments.
  17. Assist with any other duties as assigned by Florida Operations staff.

Secondary:

1. Work in concessions and retail outlets when necessary.

 
Position Requirements

Required:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  4. Valid Driver’s license.

Desired:

  1. Previous experience working in food and beverage or retail.
  2. Previous experience with minor league or major league sports, particularly in baseball.
  3. Fluent in Spanish.
