Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Commercial Sales Representative  Description The Commercial Sales Representative will build relationships that will add new business and expand existing accounts within the Office Move Division. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Answers customer inquiries for relocation, transportation and storage services using phone, email and web site information; Provides on site surveys of commercial premises throughout the Paxton’s service areas; Provides estimated costs for all services according to company pricing guidelines and standards; Insures deposits and or payments are obtained prior to, as well as after, provided services are completed, or on a continuing basis for long term services; Utilizes a CRM solution and LinkedIn to maintain communication with clients and supervisors; Provides information to operations department/s to assist in coordination of the relocation, transportation, and/or storage; Follow up with clients to answer questions, support service needs and resolve issues throughout the relocation process;; Prepares and submit paperwork, reports of business transactions and daily activities in a complete and timely manner; Helps to oversee and ensure the adherence to Paxton’s standards for quality services performed by contractors; Follow up consistently with prospects until decisions are made;. Other duties may be assigned.   Position Requirements Must be highly motivated and work independently Must have office move, relocation and storage commercial sales experience Professional in appearance and conversation Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Must have a valid drivers license Successfully complete a background check Earning potential up to $200K By Federal law, The PAXTON Companies must verify the identity and employment eligibility of all individuals to work in the United States.
