Description

As a Project Coordinator on our Professional Services team, you will learn the foundational skills of the Ascentis Project Manager, while supporting the communication and administration of client implementations. Centered around our cultural norms, you will deliver an unsurpassed client experience.

What are the general responsibilities of the position?

Client Facing

  • First responder to clients purchasing Recruiting, HR, Payroll and Time implementation services.
  • Communicates initial project requirements and coordinates scheduling of Statement of Work
  • Coordinates Scheduling of services once it is determined requirements are met and resources are defined
  • Oversees all Client Services communications, documenting, responding and/or redirecting vital information

Internal Facing

  • Works with Project Manager to develop implementation schedule and identify required resources.
  • Coordinates implementation/training schedules between client resources and Ascentis product implementation teams.
  • Confirms Pro Services Consultant understands the scope, as well as, what they are responsible for delivering during the time scheduled.
  • Communicates relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates or lack of requirements.
  • Works with Project Manager to Identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client or internal issues raised during the implementation phase.
  • Maintains services related data supporting progress reports and department statistics.

 
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience with external facing customer support/implementation projects
  • Persuasive communicator that can gain buy-in from various individuals
  • Experience prioritizing issues and maintaining multiple detailed projects simultaneously
  • Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment where you are a self-starter
  • Logical, analytical and detail oriented
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
