We are seeking mission focused professionals to serve as a full time Clinical Therapist responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults. $2000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates.

As a Clinical Therapist you would:

  • Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and CANS. Develops and implements Treatment Plan based on assessments.
  • Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract
  • Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.
  • Provide in-home, direct services to families and children in your caseload.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule with the other team members. Generally, we're on call 1 week every 2 months.
  • Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with DCBS and other members of the youth’s treatment team (biological parents, school, etc.)
  • Travel within the Lake Cumberland region and Pulaski and surrounding counties. Overall hours being worked outside of the office is estimated to be around 60%, which includes traveling to and from visits and time spend at the home conducting a home visit.
  • Set your schedule in collaboration with the team. Generally, we work standard hours of around 9am - 6pm, however there are times when you may need to work until 8pm or later, based on the needs of the families.
 
Position Requirements

What you bring to this role:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or child & family studies is required. Must possess and maintain the appropriate highest level of licensure required by state, LMFT/LPCC/LCSW (may be under supervision). Minimum of two years experience in providing treatment to families. Experience with family preservation services is preferred. Requires the ability to work flexible hours and must have reliable transportation in order to meet the travel requirements of this position.
