Share Email Opening Title Systems Analyst  Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Systems Analyst’s role is to assist in the planning, design, development, and launching of efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Assist the Business Systems Manager in the research of new information technology and its application to MFS’s business systems.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Three or more years of experience performing information systems functions (e.g. systems design, development, operations, etc.) and/or pertinent academic training in information systems technology. Four-year IT-related degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Management Studio and how to write SQL queries is required. Strong troubleshooting skills to assist in user support and other help desk functions as required. Knowledge of Report Creation or IT certifications a plus. Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines. Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
