Description

The Customer Service Representative answers inbound support calls and provides outstanding customer service to all Winegard customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Answer a high volume of phone calls

- Maintain detailed and accurate call records according to policy

- Consistently demonstrate problem identification and resolution skills while working with customer issues

- Understand Winegard products and have the technical ability to instruct a customer how to lock their antenna on signal

- Maintain high level product knowledge with primary focus on mobile DISH and DirecTV products and services

- Perform full range of activities necessary to provide outstanding Customer Service (product inquiries, order entry, etc.

-Provide basic troubleshooting steps on all products

- Attempt to sell additional merchandise or services to prospective customers

- Regular follow-up calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent "churning"

 
Position Requirements

- Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter who is comfortable working in a team environment

- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced work setting

- Maintain a professional customer oriented image under somewhat stressful conditions

- Must use active listening skills at all times

- Experience in dealing with customers and handling and resolving customer issues is preferred

- The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you

- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge Microsoft Office

- Associates degree or higher is preferred

- Must be able to work 8:00am-6:00pm M-F with one Saturday per month

- Phone sales experience is a plus

- Demonstrate telephone etiquette and customer oriented behavior at all times

- Use effective communication skills, both verbally and written

-Present a positive professional company image at all times
