Job Title: Program Manager- Girls Residential Unit
Position Description: The Program Manager will be responsible for the program and staff that serve high risk, clinically complicated mental health cases; as well as the required associated clinical documentation. The Program manager will manage the budget, staff, census, and schedules, ensuring success within the team, unit, and Agency. The Program Manager is part of a collaborative team.
The successful candidate is required to have a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, an LISW or LPCC (supervisor designation preferred). Also required for success is 3-5 year prior experience working with high risk, clinically complicated mental health cases, as well as experience supervising staff that deliver such services.
