Description

To be the customer's advocate at LERETA in support of establishing and maintaining high quality relationships between LERETA and its customers. Ensure that customer needs are fulfilled effectively, and facilitate customer's understanding of LERETA's services and capabilities.

Customer Retention

  • Focuses on Customer retention by working with operations to ensure extraordinary service.
  • Provides timely assistance to written and oral customer questions and issues.
  • Establishes at a minimum monthly personal contact with assigned customer base.
  • Conducts recurring conference calls with client and internal business units as needed.
  • Travels to visit clients as needed.
  • Escalates customer issues to upper management, when necessary.

Understanding of LERETA's most current services and capabilities

  • Maintains a thorough understanding of LERETA's most current services and capabilities.
  • Ensures that customers receive the maximum benefit according to their needs, expectations, and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Assures timely collection of monies is being reviewed monthly.
  • Monitors, understands and reports on deviations from budged loan volume and monthly income per client.

Identify and assess customer needs

  • Assertively identifies and assesses customer needs.
  • Documents required action steps, and coordinate with appropriate internal teams in line with established operational and technical parameters.
  • When customer needs are outside scope of services provided, identifies, documents and recommends effective solutions to market needs, coordinating with Sales, IT, and Operations.

Professional representation of LERETA

  • Professionally represents LERETA to the lending community.
  • Cultivates relationships for the purposes of furthering the company's business development objectives.
  • Identifies opportunities for enhancement of its services.
 
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of related experience.
