Share Email Opening Title Primary Care Manager In Training  Category Healthcare Management   Description POSITION SUMMARY: The PC Manager In Training (MIT) is a management trainee program, wherein MWEC provides on-the-job training and experience for those who ultimately seek to obtain a management position. The MIT program consists of a comprehensive training outline tailored to develop future leaders so they may own the skills to become a successful office manager. The MIT will receive hands on training in each primary care department, select central office departments, as well as leadership to obtain a solid foundation and understanding of the industry, organizational structure, MWEC culture, and best business practices.   Position Requirements ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position requires demonstrated leadership, professional character, and the eagerness to learn how to cultivate a practice.
