Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking to fill the position of Legal Administrative Assistant in our Burlington, Vermont office in our fast-paced and challenging Intellectual Property Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills (especially proofreading) and be able to work collaboratively with staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), and possess a minimum of three years relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 along with the ability to learn new software quickly and work with complex electronic documents is required.
